I had a couple of people ask me to compile this stuff into one document for their perusing pleasure, and it's done. That's probably a good thing since I've apparently given up on posting it for now. I fully intend to finish posting it, I just haven't had much time to keep up with it. So if you would like a copy of what I've put together and you hadn't already asked for it, please email me at twoandthreebees at gmail dot com and I will send it your way.

A Daily Exchange

Dad: Mason, what does a crocodile say?
Mason: Snap (giggle). Snap that monkey right outta the tree!
Dad (to mom): What?
Mom: It's a song. You know, three little monkeys swinging in a tree... along comes the crocodile, quiet as can be... the first monkey says "You can't catch me!".. and SNAP that monkey right outta the tree.
Dad: Well that's morbid.
Mom: (shrug) Hey, the last monkey lives. What are you gonna do?

Care to join me?
For y'all who live here locally and are interested, I want to put together an order of dirt cheap hair stuff from Salon Savings. The catch is, they are based on the other side of the country and shipping is not dirt cheap unless your order totals $65 or more, which mine does not. So...if you would like to order anything from them and want to help me get on the free shipping bandwagon (and be included yourself), let me know via email (twoandthreebees at gmail dot com.) I'm totally out of shampoo and there was an incident with Mason dumping my conditioner out (he was so proud he could get the lid off the bottle himself), so I would like to place the order by the end of the week. Thanks much!

Vote!
More than ever, we are facing hundreds of important dilemmas with the upcoming elections. More than ever, it is so important that we vote. I have voted every year I could since I turned 18 and I will continue to. It may not be pretty- Alan and I don't always agree and the debates around our house can get heated. My dad and I refuse to talk politics at all because we are polar opposites. But you know what matters more than that? Feeling like I did something important. People, especially women, fought very hard for me to have the right to vote; (If you haven't seen that email, I hope you do!); feeling like I did something that might give my son a more secure future.
If you aren't registered to vote, please do so. You can follow the link on the video, or just click here: http://www.maps.google.com/vote . Put in your home address and it will let you know what all the time limits are for you to register. I believe, by now, you have to register in person in the state of Utah. I know we are all sick of politics, sick of hearing debates and the elections, but this stuff is important--pay attention to it. We're picking a leader for almost the next decade, and do we really want to end up worse off than we are now?
I will say it to anyone in person--it is so important that you vote. You can do it in person or by mail. Just do it! Otherwise, you have no license to complain about our leadership in the next four to eight years.
